It's game day, people.

Mr. News Readin' is a bit blue this Saturday morning. You see, he's missing the World's Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party in Jacksonville - otherwise known as Georgia v. Florida. It's a big one this year...the winner will most likely represent the SEC East in the SEC Championship game. (It's incredible the crap I now know about football since he put this ring on my finger.)

On such an important game day, only a breakfast of Champions will do. I bet you're wondering what that consists of...

Massive sweet tea from Hardees', followed by chicken biscuit from Hardee's and a Boston Cream doughnut from Kripsy Kreme. I feel fat just from typing that.

Note: Mr. News Readin' wants to make sure that you know he did not start drinking beer until the Georgia game kicked-off. (It's called artistic license...get over it.)

Even Putter had to get all gussied up for game day.


Yes, the News Readin' Husband is that ridiculous about our dog and his Dawgs.

GA v. FL is going to be UG-LY.

You know what else is going to be ugly? A post-game day Mr. News Readin' doing some Sunday night anchoring.

Hope he goes heavy on the concealer...
